But he said the savings \u201cwould be more than offset through 2019 by the higher health expenditures resulting from the coverage expansions.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The report says that 34 million uninsured people will gain coverage under the law, but that 23 million people, including 5 million illegal immigrants, will still be uninsured in 2019. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sounds like success to me. Uwe Reinhardt used to estimate it would cost an additional $100 billion a year to cover everyone.
