The Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>Where do PCPs and specialists get paid the same? Portugal.<\/em><br \/><em><\/em><br \/><em>Most MRIs? Japan. CTs? Japan.<\/em><br \/><em><\/em><br \/><em>And who pays the most?
