The new report highlights key facts about the impact of high health care costs on small businesses including:<\/p>\n<p>Nearly one-third of the uninsured \u2013 13 million people \u2013 are employees of firms with less than 100 workers.<\/p>\n<p>In the past two years, more than half of small businesses that offered coverage reported switching to plans with higher out-of-pocket costs in response to rising premiums.
