This is often a fringe benefit for employees.<br \/>\u2022 The system is organized into five regions.  Each region owns and runs hospitals skilled nursing facilities etc.<br \/>\u2022 The various regions finance the practitioners dentists and &#8220;pharmaceuticals&#8221; (?
